Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires the courtesy of a 24-Hour Notice of Intent to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Advance notice affords our Massage Therapists the opportunity to book other appointments or make other plans.

In the event of a same-day cancellation, we require 50% of the service fee for the missed appointment.  Should you fail to appear or call for your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full service fee for your missed appointment.

When calling to book your appointment you will be requested to provide a valid credit card number, which we shall maintain in the privacy of your conficential file, held in a private and secure manner.  Charges wil be incurred only in the event of a same-day cancellation or in no show/no call situations.

Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork understands that unanticipated events happen on occasion in everyone's life.  It is our desire to be effective with our massage schedules, considerate of the time of our MassageTherapist and embrace an attitute of fairness toward our clientelle.
